No lie: Bella Soap Co. is back

Louise Dutton of Loomis is happy to be back making Bella Dry Skin Formula soap. She and husband Jim began making soap and other products in 2000 but gave it up when it all proved too much. She kept the formulas and now makes only the soap. Full Article at Sacramento Bee
