4 fugitives not living up to their deals

MANSFIELD -- Jason Kitts has walked away from two halfway houses. "He's decided he doesn't want to be supervised," Ohio Adult Parole Authority supervisor Jay Glauner said. Glauner is concerned about Kitts, 32, because of his history of violence. Full Article at Mansfield News Journal
