Three legislative races decided; others to do the runoff two-step

While most of the attention tonight is on the city of Atlanta, there are more than a handful of state House and Senate races being decided today. The Associated Press is reporting that three races were decided Tuesday outright. Full Article at Atlanta Journal Constitution Blogs
