The ball's in Texas' court: Aggies say they want to play

The University of Texas at Austin, ESPN and UT Athletics' multimedia rights partner IMG College announced Wednesday, January 19, 2011, a 20-year contract agreement to create what soon will be the nation's largest 24-hour television network dedicated to covering the Univeristy's athletics, music, cultural arts and academics programs. The announcement came at a press conference that included Tom Stultz, senior vice-president and managing director of IMG College; Chris Plotsky, UT womens athletic director; Burke Magnus, senior vice-president of ESPN; UT President William Powers and UT Men's Athletics Director DeLoss Dodds.
