SINGAPORE (AP) -- Ian Poulter won the Barclays Singapore Open by one stroke despite a 1-over 72 Sunday in the final round. The 33-year-old Englishman, who led from the opening round, finished at 10-under 274 to beat Liang Wenchong (70) by one.
