Mixed results in Himachal, Rajasthan and Assam

The results of the by-elections held on November 7 were a mixed bag for the Congress. In Assam, it won both the seats. But suffered a setback at its bastion in Himachal Pradesh. In Rajasthan, the Congress and the BJP split one seat each. Full Article at Hindustan Times
