Court date for CIT's reorganization set for Dec. 8

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- CIT Group Inc. said late Tuesday that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York will hold a hearing to consider CIT's restructuring plan on Dec. 8, 2009. Full Article at MarketWatch
