My guys are professional; they are all knocking on the big league door
It's interesting. It's certainly not the way traditionalists would want a game to end
Hopefully we can show not only the U.S. but the whole world that baseball is our national pastime and make it a big deal on the international scene, too.
Hopefully there are no tie games and it doesn't come into play
Hopefully we'll get it back in 2016, but if this is the last one, we have to make the last one count ... We need to go out with a bang.
We know it's not going to be easy
Everybody wants to beat us in baseball. We know we're kind of marked.
It'd be nice to win it and display the sport at a high enough level where the Olympic Committee changes its mind
I think it's just finally caught up with me, all the travel. It's been interesting that's for sure ... I wouldn't miss it. It's all worth it. It's special, absolutely surreal.
