Adonis U-turn on Hoon airport plan

Transport secretary Lord Adonis has scrapped his predecessor Geoff Hoon's plans to take London's major airports into special administration if BAA got into financial difficulty. Hoon put forward the plans at the height of the financial crisis. Full Article at This Is London
