Tribute to mobility scooter rider

Peter Carroll

The long-lost sister of a pensioner who was killed when his mobility scooter was struck by a car in Wigan has paid tribute to him. Peter Carroll, 76, suffered a head injury and multiple leg fractures during the crash on Scot Lane, Pemberton on Saturday. Full Article at BBC News
