Suspect in cold rape case pleads guilty

A 27-year-old Monroe man who was arrested and indicted for a 2000 aggravated rape last November has apparently reached a plea agreement to spend 35 years in prison, the District Attorneys office reported today. Full Article at The Monroe News Star
