Miami-Dade Police Director To Retire

MIAMI -- The director of the Miami-Dade Police Department announced his retirement in a letter Friday to Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Alvarez. In the letter, Director Robert Parker said his retirement is effective on Sunday. Full Article at Local10 Miami
