Tajikistan announces amnesty for 10,000 prisoners

Almaty (Kazakhstan), Nov 4 (IANS) Tajikistan President Emomali Rakhmon has signed an amnesty, granting freedom to some 10,000 prisoners, officials said Wednesday. Full Article at Sindh Today
