Latrobe man given up to 20 years in rape of child

A Latrobe man was ordered to spend up to 20 years in prison for the rape of a 9-year-old girl. John Bowman, 31, in April pleaded guilty to rape and related offenses for having improper contact with the girl over a five-year period that ended in January. Full Article at Pittsburgh Entertainment
