Ohio alleges mortgage servicer failing to modify loans

Ohio officials are suing a mortgage-service company that they say has failed to help borrowers modify loans and save their homes. It's the second such suit filed by the state this year, and it prompted legal action by the company in response. Full Article at Columbus Dispatch
