First Birgit Nilsson opera prize goes to Placido Domingo

Spanish tenor Placido Domingo holds the Birgit Nilsson Prize after being awarded by Swedish King Carl Gustaf during a ceremony held at the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm.
