Royals dump payroll with series of moves

KANSAS CITY (AP) — Trimming salary in a 2-for-1 deal, the Kansas City Royals sent infielder/outfielder Mark Teahen to Chicago for two players yesterday and declined options on three others, including last season’s top home run hitter. Full Article at Columbia Tribune
