NY post office named for Kemp, former QB, HUD sec

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Legislation is headed to the president's desk to name a western New York post office after Jack Kemp, the quarterback-turned-politician who died in May. The House of Representatives approved the bill on Friday. Full Article at WCAX
