Pennetta beats Oudin as Italy lift Fed Cup

Italian Flavia Pennetta returns a ball to US Alexa Glatch during the first match of the Fed Cup World Group final Italia vs USA in Reggio Calabria. The Italian number one has beaten American teenager Melanie Oudin 7-5, 6-2 to hand Italy their second Fed Cup title in three years.
