MPs' expenses: Reasonable proposals unreasonable response

This is an important observation from the Telegraph View. The proposals from Christopher Kelly Commission regarding the MPs' claims may be good. But, many MPs are livid and disappointed as the View, also, accurately and reasonably observed. Full Article at The Telegraph
