NRG Energy buys Bluewater Wind

NRG Energy, Inc. has acquired Bluewater Wind from Babcock & Brown and Arcadia Windpower, the companies formally confirmed this morning. The deal gives the Bluewater Wind offshore wind farm project new financial backing at a critical juncture. Full Article at The Delaware News Journal
