Miami-Dade police director retires

MIAMI -- Miami-Dade County's top law enforcement officer is stepping down. Miami-Dade Police Director Robert Parker turned in retirement papers Friday, saying he has enjoyed working to reduce crime and serving the public. Full Article at Miami Herald
