Utah issues special avalanche warning

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Thousands of people on skis, snowshoes or snowmobiles are expected to hit the Utah backcountry on New Year's Day, despite the danger of avalanches that have claimed two lives this season. Full Article at Casper Star-Tribune
