Judge in Berkeley tree-sitter case dies at 58

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) - The Alameda County judge who presided over the high profile UC Berkeley tree-sitter standoff has died. Oakland police say Barbara J. Miller was found by a relative Friday in her Glenview home. She was 58. Full Article at Ventura County Star
