Rodrigo Granda Escobar (C-backpack), the "foreign minister" of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) leaves the La Dorada prison in the Colombian department of Caldas, on June 4th, 2007. Granda left the prison accompanied by his lawyer and the Colombian High Peace Commissioner Luis Carlos Restrepo to be taken to Bogota. Colombia had ferried Marxist guerrillas to a temporary jail on Saturday as part of a unilateral prisoner release that officials hope will prompt FARC to free 56 high-profile hostages.
