Ri Chun-hee (L), the main newscaster for North Korea's state TV, plays with her granddaughter in Pyongyang, North Korea, in this undated picture taken by a North Korean media published in April, 2008. The one certainty in unpredictable North Korea is that if the state detonates a nuclear device or leader Kim Jong-il visits a duck farm, Ri Chun-hee will be on TV boasting about the amazing accomplishment. Most of the outside world have never heard of Ri's name but her blustery reports extolling the accomplishments of the secretive North state have been seen around the globe for decades.
