North Korean leader Kim Jong-il is featured on a special set of stamps to mark his 45th anniversary that he began working at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, in this picture released by North Korea's KCNA news agency on June 13, 2009. Kim began working at the central committee on June 19, 1964. North Korea said on Saturday it would start a uranium enrichment programme and vowed to weaponise all of its plutonium in response to U.N. punishment for its nuclear test. Pyongyang also threatened military action if the United States and its allies tried to isolate it.
