This new video has emerged which was purportedly filmed Feb. 3, shows a senior Taliban commander meting out a brand of traditional tribal justice in Pakistan's Orakzai tribal region. Although there is no independent verification of the incident, the video was filmed on a mobile phone and appears to show two men being flogged, and a teenage boy, allegedly beaten for not growing a beard.
