The CEO of Webtel.mobi - Stuart Sterzel - enters the water from the Search and Rescue helicopter to personally effect the search and rescue of the Webtel.mobi Challenger on the rehearsal day, November 24, 2009. The S&R rehearsal was done in the North Atlantic Ocean one sea mile off the coast of Atlanterra ahead of the Webtel.mobi Intercontinental Challenge of attempting to fly from Morocco to Spain on jet-powered wings. The waters off the coast are the most extreme and dangerous, with swells of 4 to 6 metres combining with a powerful rip current and extreme winds and was undertaken to make sure that the Webtel.mobi International challenger, Yves Rossy, and all parties were ready and rehearsed for the eventuality of a marine extraction should the attempt run into difficulties and also for Sterzel to give the final thumbs-up for the event after personally assessing the situation. Sterzel is also a retired Special Forces Operator.
