Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has urged fellow Asia-Pacific leaders to explore new economic growth models that will benefit the region's poor at a summit here this week, diplomats said. Lee, host of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting on November 14-15, said in a letter to the grouping's 20 other leaders that APEC has to 'explore new growth paradigms' and make sure that 'benefits are spread wider to our people.
