This undated handout photo received 20 March, 2007 shows missing toes on a Formosan black bear that suspectedly had fallen victim to poaching. Taiwan in 1989 banned hunting of Formosan black bear which is categorised as "endangered animal" here while before the ban bear's paw could be seen on the menu of the so-called "bushmeat" restaurants touting dishes made of wild and rare animals from the mountains.
