MIAMI - FEBRUARY 24: Mary Trody is wrapped up in a blanket as she watches U.S President Barack Obama during his speech before Congress on a television in the van her and her family are living in as it is parked in front of their foreclosed home that she and her family reoccupied after busting the locks and moving in with the help of the activist group "Take Back the Land" February 24, 2009 in Miami, Florida. The family was evicted from the home and had been living in a van in the parking lot of a local supermarket since Friday when they were evicted. Mary Trody, her husband and her two children were living in the house and could not pay their bills due to what she says was predatory lending by a mortgage company. Her husband lost his job, which forced the couple and their two teenage children along with other relatives to move back in to the house before they lost it to foreclosure and now the bank owns the house.
