In these images taken from video, provided Nov. 3, 2009 by their campaigns are Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn and Illinois Comptroller Dan Hynes as seen in television campaign ads. The two gubernatorial candidates aren't letting up in their Democratic primary fight, launching another round of TV ads critical of one another. In the ad at top, Hynes whacks Quinn for allegedly wanting to raise taxes on someone making $14,000 a year. In Quinn's ad he scoffs at Hynes' promise to cut spending, with the narrator of his ad saying Hynes approved "every single state check" for years as the state budget hole deepened.
