French founder of Tour de France sailing race Bernard Decre looks at a map on May 25, 2009 in Saint-Pierre on French northern Atlantic island of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, to localize the wreck of French plane 'l'Oiseau Blanc' (White bird) which mysteriously disappeared in 1927. From May 20 to June 10, 2009, an expedition will go off the coast of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon to look for Charles Nungesser and François Coli plane's wreck. Gone from Paris on May 08, 1927, Nungesser and Coli never reached New York, their final destination. Fifteen days later, American Charles Linbergh was the first pilot to achieve a non-stop transatlantic flight.
