Michelangelo's fresco the Crucifixion of St. Peter at the newly restored Pauline Chapel is seen at the Vatican June 30, 2009. The chapel, commemorated July 4 by Pope Benedict, contains the last frescoes that Renaissance artist Michaelangelo painted, the Conversion of St. Paul and the Crucifixion of St. Peter, and the cost of the five year restoration project was 3.2 million euros, or $4.5 million.
