Dutch frigate De Ruyter sails ahead of cargo ship MV Ibn Batouta in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Somalia on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008. The Ibn Batouta is carrying 7,000 tonnes of sorghum, food aid the UN World Food Program intends to distribute in Somalia.
