The Miami native played linebacker in high school as well. "We had him as a linebacker in a camp down in Florida, and he reminded me of a kid I coached in Miami [with] the way he moved ... We tried him at safety because he is so athletic, and he could have played safety, but I think he’s where he should be at linebacker."
