With fewer than 50 days until talks commence in the Danish capital, British prime minister Gordon Brown warned dignitaries that "there is no plan B" and that without a deal in place this year the world faces a "catastrophe" of floods, droughts and killer heat waves. "It's important that we strain every sinew to get a deal in Copenhagen" said Miliband, which to him would have to include specific targets for emissions reductions.
