  4. For someone such as Cody, you can use a hand cycle where you do it by your hands, and for him a rush. He's out there with the wind blowing in his face and doing something that his friends can do. He's told us, mommy, daddy when can I start riding a bike with my feet, so I'm sure at some point he's going...
