According to Mwenda, the operatives, who included officers from the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence, Rapid Response Unit and Internal Security Organisation, stormed their offices at around 4:00pm. "Masaba is very sharp. He has escaped from those operatives three times. I don't know how he left the building" Mwenda said.
