    John Lipsky, the No 2 official at the IMF, in an interview earlier Friday said there's "broad agreement" about a change in voting rights and more work to be done to complete it. "We're on track to reach a final decision by January 2011 ... It's a complicated decision because it involves 186 member countries, but I think the Pittsburgh summit gives an important impetus to solving that challenge and shifting global governance to be more realistic and more in line with economic realities."
