Because about 100 voters were still in line when the polls closed, the final ballot cast in the primary came just before 8 p.m. , Bagby said. "They were stressing because they wanted to get their ballots in to get their caucus started, but we had results by 9:30 p.m., and that's real good time" said Kathryn Nealy, Gregg County's elections administrator.
