"If someone says there's something he couldn't do, that would motivate him ... I remember he and Vernon [Davis, former Terps tight end, now with the San Francisco 49ers] would try to go at it in the weight room and on the field. So I think he's the kind of guy who will search for something to motivate himself, and he won't let it rest until he gets to wherever it is he is shooting for."
