    The Shankaracharya said the world's biggest signature campaign would be launched with a motive to made the cow as India's national animal and impressive laws at national-level to protect cows. "Crores of people will take part in the campaign and a memorandum with the signatures will be handed over to President Pratibha Patil in Delhi" he claimed.
