Making it clear that the low carbon emission on the part of developed countries is not going to impede their development process he said, ''It's not about constraining the development process of the under-developed countries but carrying on the process of development in a low carbon manner.'' Describing the 'Seal the Deal' treaty at Copenhagen to be an all encompassing one, Mr Wadvani said, ''The Copengahen treaty is supposed to be an all-encompassing one and enhance the lowering of carbon emission mechanism set forth by the Kyoto Protocol.''
