In April, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy released a Calloway tribute album called “How Big Can You Get?” which included “The Jumpin’ Jive” and “Minnie the Moocher.” Marhevka said the latter, which was a hit in Calloway’s day and rediscovered following its inclusion in the 1980 comedy film “The Blues Brothers,” had been in the contemporary swing band’s repertoire since the early ’90s.
