He's now expecting Delek US to post a 2009 loss of 30 cents a share compared with his previous estimate of a profit of 35 cents. "Management remains positive that they can steer the company through the storm and believes that the industry has now reached a bottom" Cheng wrote. The analyst put the chances at 50-50 that Delek US could acquire a refinery within six months, but the market's reception of such a deal will depend on the price the company pays, the analyst said.
