I think Tony needs to have guys he knows that have won races before – that helps the team ... When you’ve won, you have certain ideas for what you need at certain race tracks. That’s a good thing with Ryan and Tony, they both have those feelings to be able to help each other – help the team – and make things better quicker over there. Those two as teammates is no different than Jimmie (Johnson) and Jeff (Gordon) as teammates. 
I think that they’ve got to build up their relationships with their crew chiefs and build up whoever those guys are going to be and get that organization to where it’s running a little bit better. I don’t foresee just putting a driver in that car and making it perform way better. I think that they’re a little bit behind and we’ll have to find out.
I’d rather not see them struggle and be competitive and come out of the gate, but realistically I think there’s going to be some growing pains
Both drivers have obligations through the end of this year to finish up strongly, plus Haas ... Then those guys need to somehow gel during our short off season and come together and be ready. So they have a lot of work ahead of themselves, but I think you have professionals across the board over there and they will do a good job.
We had a phenomenal partnership with Kasey Kahne and the whole Gillette Evernham team, but to have a chance to get in with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and JR Motorsports to help him build this team was just too good to pass up.

For everyone at 200 Penske Way, this was a great night ... We sniffed it. I smelled the lead for a little bit. Jeff Burton had a great car and Kasey Kahne beat us at the end for second, but we'll take third. Hopefully, the Kurt Busch fans out there saw a little glimmer of hope.
