    Interior Minister Eli Yishai said during the presidential conference entitled "Facing Tomorrow" being held in Jerusalem that the Palestinian Authority is the one responsible for the political stalemate and that its leaders do not posses the abilities to make brave decisions. "Olmert agreed to virtually everything and still no agreement was struck. I do not see the Palestinian Authority saying now 'We're heading for an agreement.'
