Gail Sideman, who owns Publiside, a small Milwaukee publicity and marketing company, was initially skeptical about using Facebook for business. "As I began to figure out how to use this thing, I posted links to blogs or cool things I learned, and people were responding ... I was thinking this could really take hold." Small-business owners and entrepreneurs need to tailor Facebook to their individual needs, Sideman advises.
